Common questions we get asked about this program and the benefits for agents who join:
1 : Is this course virtual or in person?
This is a virtual learning space that will have some in-person components throughout the 6 weeks. All sessions will be recorded for later watch for any out of state mentees or for those with scheduling conflicts. We will also have an online community to chat, problem solve and work in REAL TIME!
2: Is this program only for GA agents?
No, this program is for agents in any geographic location looking to expand their knowledge. These tools will be applicable no matter which market you are in.
3: Are their payment plan options?
Yes! We are partnered with several 3rd party sites to offer payment plan options. If you are unable to get approved for 3rd party financing, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Mentorship DP" for in-house finance options.
4: What topics will be covered in the 6 weeks?
Week 1 is dedicated to lead generation and building repeatable systems to attract and convert clients.
Week 2 covers buyer representation, including buyer consultations, market education, and writing competitive offers.
Week 3 focuses on becoming a strong seller’s agent through pricing strategy, listing presentations, and seller communication.
Week 4 breaks down financing and funding so agents can confidently explain loan options and strengthen deals.
Week 5 teaches negotiation and deal strategy, from offers to inspections and appraisals.
Week 6 focuses on transaction management, client experience, and building a long-term, referral-based business.
Throughout the 6 weeks we will also have group forums, hands on exercises, in person meet ups and a program end celebration!
